Customer Care
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that our customers can shop with us in safety and security. For your own reference, please feel free to print and keep a copy.
Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and inclusive of delivery. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.
Accepting orders and security
When you place an order we treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with external agencies to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
Age Requirements
If you order a product where a minimum age requirement is indicated, by ordering you confirm you are of the required age.
Delivery
Goods will be delivered within 24 hours from receipt of order subject
to the articles being in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock,
we will despatch your order within 14 days and advise you of any delay.
Cancellations and Returns
We offer you a guarantee that if for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase then, so long as the goods have not been worn and
you return them to us within 10 days of receipt, you may exchange them
or get a full refund.
For a refund we will credit your account after
receipt of goods, and for exchanges we will deliver within three
working days, assuming the
goods are in stock. If they are not in stock we will contact you
directly for further instructions.

Miscellaneous
Sales on the web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us.
These terms and conditions only cover the web site. Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of the web sites that are not under our control.
