How do I cancel an order?

You can do this in two ways. Either email info@tomkinsflorists.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or telephone the Customer Service Team on +44 (0)115 9265493. The sooner you tell us of your change of mind, the sooner we can take action. Should we have shipped the order by the time you tell us of your wish to cancel, then you will need to return the package to us. In such cases, we will refund your payment when we have received the goods back in good condition. The refund will be actioned within 1 working day of the receipt of returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
